DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Items ship out five to seven business days after purchase.
The Original Hat Bar uses USPS Priority Mail or UPS for standard shipping.
The Original Hat Bar is not responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best to help find missing items.
STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
Orders over $250 ship for free
$10 standard shipping on orders under $100
$20 flat shipping rate per wool or straw hat.
Exclusions apply
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Custom hats, gift cards, vintage items, discounted items, styling and pin kits, and sale items are not returnable.
HAT EXCHANGES
Before exchanging a hat due to sizing issues, try to adjust the hat for the correct fit.
Please watch our sizing tutorial video for more information on easily sizing your hat.
Please doublecheck the following to ensure you qualify for an exchange:
Hat is in new, resellable condition (no makeup or debris marks).
Hat is in its original packaging.
Return is shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date.
If your hat has been steamed or altered from its original shape, your hat is not eligible for a return or exchange.
RETURNING ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders can be returned via mail only.
Online orders must be returned to our shipping department within 14 business days from when the package was marked as delivered by the carrier.
Online returns are processed in the form of online store credit or exchange only.
We do not provide return shipping labels.
We deduct a $10 restocking fee from your store credit.
